information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
A supplemental insurance company would like to deploy a team of new
hires in commercial and training functions.
can these new hires, located throughout the country, be successfully integrated

can they be assisted in their mission of launching new products by including a
pedagogical dimension in their activity?
To meet this commercial and learning
requirement in the framework of remote training, Dodeca proposed two
complementary modules. The new recruits practiced using their training kits and
delivered parts of the training incorporating the “change” dimension linked to
new products. At the same time the field training fostered the ability to step
back and educational modeling which allow them to comprehend what is at stake
in the trainer-trainee relationship and adapt their field training accordingly.
Feeling at ease with the educational dimension, these sales-trainers
were rapidly able to develop a solid professional network in all of the regions
