To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their

GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.

In a context of opening markets to
competition, Regional governments significantly strengthened their negotiation
skills. How can managers learn to build a long-lasting agreement with them?
Dodeca set up a seminar aimed at developing negotiation methods and
tools that include political specificities. The course content and methods,
based on role-play, helped participants acquire the required behavior. Each
sensitive point was dealt with in group work. Individual advice was also provided.
Taking into account the various profiles of their interlocutors and the stakes
allowed them to transform the local or regional “buyer” into a real partner so
that each party comes out with his/her head high.
The training contributed to obtaining a coherent and complementary
negotiation team that worked well together, by helping to jointly prepare the
files, distribute the roles, control the communication and complete the
agreements. The participants learned to concentrate on the outcome of each
phase with the elected officials.

methodology is well known to everyone today; so how can the interpersonal and
organizational effectiveness of employees in meetings be developed to be able
to shift from ideas to action?
Following a preparation phase during which
a consultant observed the group’s managers conduct meetings, Dodeca set up half-day
theme-based workshops. Each one served
to combine what they experienced during an “edutaining” activity with video and
digital training focusing on the communication forms used by the participants.
The training allowed managers to situate
their talents and work on points following two orientations: their capacity to
communicate (interpersonal flexibility, clarity,
active listening) and their ability to influence and get people to do things
(argument building, delivery ability, and conflict management).
