To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
A regional airport would like to
appoint a team of operations managers for the three shifts and assist them in
taking on the management of all the site’s operations.
How can a team be built to ensure the
management and quality of the site’s operations without working there
simultaneously? How can team cohesion as well as coherence of managerial
practices be guaranteed?
Dodeca proposed training and tailored
field training to create a unified managerial practice. The future operations
managers were prepared with role-play corresponding to real field situations, in
both normal and challenging conditions. In order to learn to efficiently
manage together, they developed common language and references on the theme “The
role of orchestra conductor is to serve his/her orchestra”. Lastly, individual
coaching was made available on a voluntary basis.
The training enabled the participants
to integrate the change and favor the application of a unified managerial
practice. This practice has itself become an easily identified management
reference that can be used by everyone in the company.
