To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
Meeting challenges and dealing with change together
A luxury brand that is merging two departments
wants to set up team building.
How can the
department members get to know each other better? How can they create the
foundations of a committed, motivated and cooperative team?How can
they facilitate the integration of new cultures and practices while respecting
each one’s background?
Dodeca set up a 3-dayteam building session (2 + 1),
which enabled participants to deepen their understanding of themselves and
others, and also to look at the changes from a constructive and proactive
perspective. Upstream, an anonymous digital questionnaire on perceptions was
circulated. Various methods were used during the team building
session to actually get the participants to move about physically and shake
them up intellectually. This allowed them to merge their two cultures while
respecting the fundamentals of the brand. The last day’s workshops served to
strengthen and readjust the good practices implemented between the
the end, the team developed
the confidence necessary for the emergence of a friendly and dynamic team ready
to meet their challenges.
Binding a team
Several employees have left an IT leader
resulting in the disorganization of the firm’s finance division. The decision
is made to rally the team to the cause of dealing with this situation.
How can real team dynamics be created in an
unsettling context? How can a common vision of the orientation of finance

ended with operational messages. The employees took part in various workshops
