information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of

format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.

Dodeca set up a series of two-day workshops
available to all of the school’s employees. The system was presented during a
question/answer session between the HRD and a Dodeca consultant. This was
followed by an interactive exchange of questions and answers with the
participants. The HRD answered questions regarding the institution and the
consultant concerning methodology. A one-day session of training-practice for
the appraisers and a half-day for the appraisees took place afterwards.
The workshops were very
successful with a high attendance rate. As a result, the school's management
observed a decrease in appeals after the annual performance appraisals
campaign, and an increase in requests for training for both appraisers and
