To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
An insurance company is changing and
developing its trades. To assist in implementing these professional changes, the
idea of “job reference” was created by the company. A specific training
curriculum was designed for each reference job. Teams of experts put together
the content of the training modules for each profession.
How can they make the most of the courses
designed by the various teams? How can the existing training courses be
improved? How can an appropriate design framework be structured for future
Dodeca set up a
pedagogical approach that ensured homogeneous conditions for skills
development. Two groups of a dozen people who had actively taken part in the
designing of the professional courses were responsible formalizing the good
practices, the points in common and the challenges encountered. Dodeca led the
groups and then conducted additional workshops with the two groups of experts.
In the end, the work involving
experience sharing opened new and interesting perspectives on future knowledge
management projects. It also guaranteed a high level of coherence of the
Creating a 3 in 1 kit to launch a new product
An insurance company would like to deploy a
new product offering nationally. The deployment must be fast, technically
relevant and should incite buy in.
How can the participants be helped to design
an educational kit? How can the offer be deployed from 2-hour to a one-day
Dodeca set up a
working group with experts to map the aspects to be addressed (content,
documents to be used, deployment mode...) then launched the production of
educational kit in the form of hard copy and digital instructional material.
The customer validated each stage of kit’s production. Down the line, Dodeca
organized structured handover with future in-house trainers. The sessions were
jointly led by a Dodeca expert in
pedagogy and a company product manager.
This kit, used in 2-hour, 4-hour or 1-day sessions, provided
teams with a fast and efficient rollout The experts were able to deploy it at a
national level in two weeks.
