seminar, Dodeca organized a conference with an outside expert in order to give
them a perspective vision of the future orientation of HR and that of
consulting firm managers. The one-day workshop helped people understand the
tool and share ideas on how to use and improve it. Creative activities allowed
managers to get involved with the deployment concerns and helped them prepare
the presentation of the tool to their teams.
At the end of the one-day workshop,
managers had a good vision of the tool. Recommendations were made to fine-tune
and adapt it to the reality of the field. Through the action plan, the teams
became familiar with the tool and feedback has been positive.
