GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.

Dodeca assisted in setting up a series of
cascade innovation seminars. The first one involved the top management:
together, the directors clarified and broadened their vision of the company in
five years, thanks to outside the box techniques. The creativity tools and
techniques used boosted energies and helped them structure their projection in
the future. The innovative orientations, thus generated, nourished the work of
the following groups. At the same time, the participants experimented different
ways of working that could be reused in the teams after the seminar.
The seminar served as a real trigger. By
questioning their own creativity as well as their constraints, the directors
renewed their taste for change and their desire to involve their direct reports
in order to lay the basis for future growth.
A large pharmaceutical firm would like to
organize an in-house convention on the theme of innovation.

Dodeca proposed a two-part solution:
initiate the participants in creativity with a voluntary basis workshop and
encourage their participation throughout the day. As the convention progressed,
the participants of the various workshops and conferences creatively put their
reactions into physical reality by creating a sculpture together, the event’s
real guiding light.
As players and not just spectators or
consumers, the participants were deeply involved. Everyone was able to see and
get a hands on approach to the variety and coherence of the themes.
Moving from personnel management to human resources
Following a merger, a luxury brand wants to rethink the HR processes to
take into account the new
volumes to be processed in order to adapt them to the current needs.
How can a common HR vision be built to impact the organization? How can a
project focused on this vision be shared and made available? How can they get
everyone to buy into the vision?
Dodeca provided participants with creative facilitation to assist them in
being able to work together,
create rapport among the staff in the new working conditions and
understand how other departments function. Everyone was then able to measure the impact of his or her positioning
and communication style in relation to the way the new system works. Using a coherent and progressive series of “out of the box” educational
