To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.

A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
finance division of a bank and financial services company wants to boost its
teams at the corporate headquarters and abroad, and instill "figures
culture" in order make finance a key player in the business.
How can the teams restore meaning to their
work? How can they be united around a common understanding of the business? What
support can be provided to achieve the desired change in attitude and behavior?
How can management based on trust be established?
recommendation covered three years and was two-fold : first use national and
international seminars to strengthen the sense of belonging of the finance team
and consolidate the fundamentals of the business, while allowing countries’
specificities to be expressed; second develop an action plan to strengthen the
position of "business partner" with the operational divisions.
The CFO co-built all of these seminars with the members of its Executive Committee, and strengthened its management team. In three years, the attitude of the operational teams changed : their perception of finance went from a "figures supplier" to that of an in-house finance resource.
Creating closeness remotely
company is experiencing major organizational changes: working remotely has
become a daily reality for most of the employees. The company would like to
support this transformation with appropriate training.
How can feedback
be given and received remotely by using all the digital tools currently
available? How can pragmatic and adapted attitudes and behaviour be developed in
the projects on a daily basis?
Dodeca organized pragmatic experiential workshops, built using from
"innovation games" and simulation of field "feedback". The
participants thus developed their ability to analyze a system and easily adapt
their communication according to the situation and the cultural background of
those present. Digital tools available to participants on a daily basis were
incorporated into the training.
At the end of the workshops, the participants better understand their way
of functioning. They clarified the dilemmas they encountered to give and
receive feedback remotel. They also identified the attitudes, behaviour and
communication styles that facilitate digital cooperation.
