To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
Successfully integrating a new international group
Following the buy out of a French food
industry group by a major American leader, challenges in communicating and
reporting arose. Management would like to successfully integrate the new group.
can they communicate effectively using the other's cultural and social
communication codes? How can they quickly acquire the Anglo-Saxon way of
professional communication, its codes and traps?
Dodeca set up a
very hands-on training seminar during which managers took stock of their own
cultural approach then prepared and simulated their own and real presentations
during a meeting with American participants. It was led by a Franco-American
consultant, raised and experienced in both cultures.
At the end of the training, the managers
took stock of their own cultural baggage. They integrated the communicating and
reporting codes expected in American culture. As a result, their meetings,
conference calls and reporting function better and faster.
