To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.
GAINING IMPACT IN FRONT OF THE STEERING COMMITEE
A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.
A pharmaceutical company would like
training for its project teams that would be organized by the project managers
themselves and workable at its American, Canadian and French sites.
“train the trainer” sessions cannot be held at one single site due the
distance, how can a team of experts in medical project management who are not
training professionals be coached to develop a global training module?
in the designing work by way of conference calls and asynchronous workshops online
between the three countries and by corresponding by email and sending documents. The coaching took
place in English. As it was a mixed and international group, it was the most
efficient way to coordinate the team. The challenge was simple : shift from a
“PowerPoint” vision to an “Objective” vision which means keeping in mind what
the team members “will be able to…” at the end of the training module. The
pedagogical design was put together through a series of validating steps.
The module was coherent at the three sites
and is easily adapted to various audiences and environments. It was developed with a pedagogical diversity
of synchronous and digital exchanges that guarantees a dynamic pace in all
