To speed up the understanding of new technical standard: a Bancassurance company must circulate targeted practical
information on the evolution of technical standards to a very large number of
employees. Dodeca designs and produces 40 educational videos in Rapid Learning
format (less than 2 minutes) that employees can access directly from their
smartphone or PC.

A global manufacturing company wants to boost the ability of
its project managers to obtain a "go" from a board of
decision-makers. Dodeca designs a blended coaching approach: an upstream
e-learning course to assess oneself and acquire new tools, an intensive
personalized training workshop, in both French and English, and a brief
coaching session to anchor new skills in the long run through peer learning.

Dodeca organized work sessions with the team of 5 directors using the
Creative Problem Solving method. Many
new options opened up that broadened and enabled the refining of the vision.
The work was built upon the company's identity, specificities, values and future
ambitions The team used a series of questions linked to these issues and
ambitions that helped them find answers, think about the benefits for and
future interests of the company; they considered targeted and adapted plans…
In the end, the
executive committee selected the organizational options that best matched its
ambitions. This work also allowed them to develop the orientation for future
communication in order to assist the deployment of the new organizational
methods both internally and externally.
Changing one's view of his or her trade
A major institution
would like to introduce creativity tools in the coaching of their executives to
get them to see their responsibilities from a different perspective.
What can be done to favor attitudes and behavior that make it possible
to develop an innovative mindset? How can creativity tools be used to foster
innovation ability and deal with everyday situations?
Dodeca used tools,
techniques, methods and creative know how to help executives have another
perception of the evolutions of the world that surrounds them. After letting
each participant take stock of his or her personal creativity, the work
sessions were based on a “Creative Problem Solving” method. The selected
work-related situations were always those experienced by the participants who
set creative challenges at the end of each session.
At the end of the sessions, the executives learned to adopt flexible and
creative attitudes and behavior on a daily basis.
